Network cable for horizontal runs

Black Box plenum-rated Cat6 cable is built for custom-length horizontal network runs in commercial spaces. It meets standards compliance at a cost-effective price point. The design reduces installation time and expense while protecting product quality during the pull. Suitable for installers and IT teams wiring new or retrofit projects.

Pull-box format speeds deployment

The cable ships in a pull-box that pays out cleanly without tangles, so installers can measure, cut and terminate in one continuous motion. Plenum-rated jacket slides through conduit and cable trays without snagging on rough edges. Common issues arise when the jacket is kinked during sharp bends or when connectors are crimped without a proper Cat6-rated tool.

2 metre ST–ST multimode length

This specific assembly is a 2 metre ST-to-ST multimode fibre patch cord. It only fits links that require an ST connector on each end and a multimode core. Buyers who need single-mode fibre, LC or SC connectors, or a longer reach must select a different part number.
