1U Rackmount Tray for KVXHP Devices

This 1U rackmount tray holds up to two KVXHP series KVM extender transmitters or receivers in a standard 19-inch rack. It provides a compact mounting solution for server-room and data-centre installations.

Suits KVXHP extender deployments

Installers who need to secure a pair of KVXHP units in a single rack space will find this tray fits the requirement. It does not accommodate other device families or quantities beyond two units.

1U height and dual-device capacity

The tray occupies one rack unit and includes brackets plus screws for mounting exactly two KVXHP devices, which determines whether it matches the available rack space and device count.

Questions about this item

Does the 1U rackmount tray generate any noise or heat when installed with two KVXHP devices running continuously?

The tray is a passive metal bracket with no fans or power supply, so it adds no audible noise or measurable heat beyond the KVXHP units themselves.

What hardware must I already own for this tray to be usable?

You need up to two Black Box KVXHP series KVM extender transmitters or receivers plus a standard 19-inch rack with at least one free 1U space.

Will the tray fit alongside older 19-inch rack equipment I want to keep?

Yes, it occupies a single 1U slot in any standard 19-inch rack and uses the same mounting-hole pattern as legacy gear.
