An 8-channel HD-CVI recorder capturing 720p at 120 FPS and 1080p at 60 FPS with HDMI and VGA outputs, sold without a hard drive
This Bluecctv DVR accepts eight HD-CVI cameras and records at 720p resolution with a total frame rate of 120 fps. It also supports 1080p recording at 60 fps. Video output is provided through HDMI and VGA ports, and a single audio channel handles both input and output. The unit ships without a hard drive.
When all eight channels are active the recorder maintains 720p capture at 120 fps continuously, rather than only during brief motion events. At the higher 1080p setting the sustained rate is 60 fps across the connected cameras. The HD-CVI format transmits video over coaxial cable without the latency or compression artefacts common with IP streams, so long-duration recording remains stable. Mobile viewing through the iDMSS HD Lite and GDMSS Lite apps does not reduce the local recording performance.
The chassis is designed for continuous operation in a typical indoor environment and runs without audible fan noise under normal load. Power consumption stays low because the analogue front-end and HD-CVI processing require less energy than multi-megapixel IP encoding. A single 12 V supply powers the recorder and the eight camera inputs, simplifying wiring and reducing the number of wall adapters needed. The unit is sold new and includes no hard drive, so thermal output will depend on the storage device you install.

You need HD-CVI cameras and coaxial cables with BNC connectors for each of the eight channels, plus an HDMI or VGA cable for the monitor.
No, the DVR only accepts HD-CVI cameras; standard analogue cameras will not produce an image on this unit.
