HD-SDI Turret Dome for Outdoor Surveillance

The Bluecctv BL-HVF24-G is a 2-megapixel Full HD 1080p turret dome camera built for outdoor use. It captures video at 1080p or 720p over an HD-SDI link and includes a 3.6mm fixed megapixel lens. Twenty-four IR LEDs provide 0-lux night vision with Smart IR control and a true day/night ICR cut filter.

HD-SDI Cabling and Distance Constraints

HD-SDI cameras are recommended to use only RG59 or RG6 coaxial cables fitted with crimp or compressed connectors. Signal integrity over this serial digital interface depends on cable quality and run length, so installers must follow the specified cabling standard. The camera also provides a secondary analog output for legacy recording equipment.

2-Megapixel Panasonic CMOS Sensor

A 1/3-inch Panasonic CMOS sensor delivers 1000 TV lines of resolution and is driven by the Korean Eyenix EN773A DSP. The chipset enables digital zoom, wide dynamic range and digital noise reduction for clearer images on moving objects. Buyers who need higher pixel counts or IP-network streaming should consider a different camera class.
