Bluecctv 650 TVL analog camera

This Bluecctv BL-IR9824-H-W-36 is a 650 TV Lines analog camera with a 3.6mm fixed lens and 24 IR LEDs. It uses a 1/3" Sony Super HAD II CCD sensor delivering 976 (H) x 508 (V) effective pixels. The white weatherproof housing operates on 12V DC power for outdoor or indoor surveillance.

Upgrade from lower resolution analog units

Replaces older analog cameras that fall below 650 TV Lines or lack integrated infrared illumination. The jump is worth it when you need 40 Feet of IR distance for 0 Lux night viewing without adding external illuminators. The fixed 3.6mm lens suits wide-angle coverage where varifocal adjustment is not required.

Check 12V DC supply and cabling

Verify your existing DVR accepts standard analog video input and that a 12V DC power source is available at each mounting point. Ensure coaxial or twisted-pair cable runs can reach the camera locations. The fixed 3.6mm lens cannot be adjusted, so confirm the field of view matches the scene you need to cover.

Questions about this item

What size mounting holes or bracket does the 3.6 mm fixed-lens camera need?

How do I know when the 24 IR LEDs on this 650 TVL camera need replacing?

When night footage at 40 feet becomes grainy or the 0 lux image drops below the 976 x 508 effective-pixel resolution, the IR array is fading.
