Product identity

The Bluecctv BL-IR9843-H-W is an analog CCTV camera built for outdoor surveillance. It captures colour video at 650 TV lines using a 1/3" Sony Super HAD II CCD with 976 by 508 effective pixels. The white weatherproof housing and 12 V DC power input suit residential or small-business perimeter monitoring.

Installation notes

A single 12 V DC supply powers the unit and the 42 infrared LEDs that provide 60 feet of night vision. The 4 mm fixed lens removes any focus adjustment, so the field of view is set at mounting. Common issues include voltage drop on long cable runs and moisture ingress if the rear connector is not sealed properly.

Who should buy

Buyers wanting a straightforward analog camera with fixed wide-angle coverage and built-in IR up to 60 feet will find this model fits the need. It is not for installers who require varifocal lenses, motorised pan-tilt, or IP-network streaming. Those needing higher TV-line counts or different focal lengths should look at other form factors.
