Eyeball turret for 720P analog systems

The Bluecctv BL-U1024 is a 1.3 megapixel analog camera built for installers who need a vandal-resistant eyeball turret with infrared night vision. It delivers 1000 TVL colour resolution over a standard coaxial link and draws 12 V DC power. The 3.6 mm fixed lens covers wide monitoring sectors without manual zoom adjustment.

Suits wall or ceiling mounts needing UTC control

The three-axis bracket lets you level the image on any surface, while UTC support allows OSD changes through the DVR without extra cables. Builders who need motorised varifocal lenses, IP networking, or resolutions above 720P should look at different product lines. The fixed 3.6 mm focal length also rules out narrow-field applications.

960H DVR required for full 1000 TVL output

The sensor produces its rated 1000 horizontal TV lines only when paired with a 960H-class recorder; lesser DVRs will limit visible detail. Twenty-four smart IR LEDs illuminate to 0 lux without centre white-out, and the camera switches between PAL and NTSC standards. Select the matching DVR standard during installation.

Questions about this item

Will this 1000 TVL camera display full detail on my existing 960H DVR?

The 1000 TVL output is designed for 960H DVR systems. Pairing with a 960H recorder ensures the horizontal resolution is recorded without down-scaling.

How do I verify the 3.6 mm lens and IR are working correctly after mounting?

Check the live view at night; the 24 IR LEDs should illuminate evenly without centre white-out, and the fixed 3.6 mm field of view should match the expected coverage angle.

Does the box include a 12 V power supply and UTC controller, or must I buy them separately?

The camera requires DC 12 V and supports UTC control; both the power adapter and UTC controller are sold separately.
