Bluecctv LT-IP8212 1.3 MP bullet camera

The Bluecctv LT-IP8212 is a 1.3 megapixel bullet network camera built for outdoor surveillance. It uses a 1/3" CMOS sensor with a 4mm fixed lens to cover defined areas. Integrated 30 IR LEDs provide night vision up to 90ft and an ICR filter handles day and night transitions. The IP66 rating protects the housing against dust and heavy rain.

Power over Ethernet and 12V DC flexibility

The camera accepts POE for single-cable deployment or a separate 12V DC supply where POE is unavailable. This dual-power design suits installs with existing network switches or standalone transformers. Fixed 4mm optics limit the field of view to a set angle, so the unit is not suited for scenes requiring varifocal adjustment or wider coverage. Buyers needing motorised zoom or a different focal length should consider alternative models.

Questions about this item

Will the LT-IP8212 integrate with my existing PoE switch and 12 V DC backup supply?

Yes, the camera accepts both PoE and a separate 12 V DC input, so it can draw power from your PoE switch while keeping the DC connection as a redundant backup.

How can I verify the LT-IP8212 is recording correctly once mounted?

Log into the camera’s web interface or NVR client, confirm the live view shows a clear 1.3 MP image, check that the IR LEDs activate automatically in darkness, and review a short playback clip for continuous footage.
