What this kit contains

It gives a spare Lightning-end connector and a protective cap that attaches magnetically. The package includes one adapter and one cap. Peel off the blue protective film before first use.

Compatibility check

Verify that you own the Apple Pencil 1st Generation, as the adapter fits only its Lightning charging end. Confirm your iPad model is among those listed: iPad 10 (2022), iPad 9 (2021), iPad 8th, 7th or 6th generation, iPad Pro 9.7, 10.5 or 12.9 inch, iPad Air 3rd generation, or iPad mini 5th generation. No other pencils or tablets are supported.

Who should buy this

Ideal for owners of a 1st Generation Apple Pencil who have lost the original adapter or cap, or who want a spare set for travel. The magnetic cap helps stop the connector from falling off. Buyers with an Apple Pencil 2nd Generation or any USB-C pencil cannot use this kit. Users who need a longer charging cable or a stand are not served by this product.
