RCA Male to Screw Terminal Adapter

The Boxwave adapter converts a phono RCA male plug into an AV screw terminal for speaker wire or CCTV video connections. No soldering, crimping or electrical tape is required. A small screw secures each conductor for a solder-free installation. The pack contains two adapters.

360 Degree Grip for Easy Handling

Knurled treads around the plug body give a 360 degree grip that makes plugging and unplugging straightforward. The solderless design avoids heat tools and reduces the chance of cold joints. Connections stay firm during normal audio or video use. No active cooling or power draw is involved.

Solderless Connection for Quick Builds

The adapter fits any standard RCA jack and accepts bare wire under the screw terminals, freeing you from soldering irons and crimp tools. It works with speaker wire and CCTV video cables alike. Buyers who need a female RCA socket or a different connector type will not be served by this product.

Questions about this item

How do I connect speaker wire to the screw terminals without soldering?

Strip the wire, insert it into each terminal, and tighten the small screw to secure the connection — no soldering, crimping, or splicing is required.

What upkeep will the screw-terminal connections need over time?

Periodically check that the terminal screws remain tight; vibration can loosen them, so re-tighten if the signal becomes intermittent.

What physical limit appears first when plugging and unplugging the adapter repeatedly?

The 360-degree grip treads on the RCA plug are designed to ease insertion and removal, reducing wear on the jack during frequent use.
