Breville Commercial CSM018 Glass Cloche for Smoking Gun Pro CSM700, 7 Inch Diameter

Professional Smoke Infusion Tool

The Breville Commercial Glass Cloche is a 7-inch borosilicate dome designed for chefs and mixologists who want to add cold-smoke flavor to finished dishes and cocktails. It pairs exclusively with the Breville Commercial Smoking Gun Pro to trap aromatic smoke around meats, cheeses, butter, or spirits. The clear, hand-blown construction lets you monitor the infusion process while presenting a dramatic tableside reveal.

Sustained Cold-Smoke Performance

The cloche maintains a consistent smoke envelope during the infusion period because its one-way silicone valve allows the Smoking Gun Pro hose to inject smoke without letting it escape back out. Borosilicate glass resists thermal shock so the dome stays cool to the touch even while dense, cold smoke fills the chamber. Small amounts of smoke may naturally seep from the bottom rim during filling, but this does not reduce the flavor intensity inside.

Compatibility And Care Check

Verify you already own or are purchasing the Breville Commercial Smoking Gun Pro (model CSM700) because the cloche has no standalone heating or smoke-generation capability. Ensure your work surface can accommodate a 7-inch diameter dome with enough clearance for the smoker hose connection. The glass and silicone valve are dishwasher safe for simple cleanup between service periods.
