Manila folders for everyday filing

These 11pt manila folders measure 12 1/4 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches high overall with a 9 1/2 inch front panel. Each folder includes a full-size open-bottom pocket on the inside back cover. The box contains 50 letter-size folders suited for general office organisation.

Reinforced tab and scored guides

A 3/4-inch reinforced end tab resists tearing during frequent handling. Scored tick marks on the tab help align labels neatly. Rounded top corners on both front and back panels reduce snagging when folders are pulled from drawers.

Recycled content and fastener-free design

The stock contains 10 percent recycled content with 10 percent post-consumer material. No fastener is included, so the folders work with prong fasteners, adhesive clasps or simple pressure filing. Buyers who need built-in fasteners or expansion pockets will need a different style.

Questions about this item

How do I set up these folders in a shelf filing system, and what step do people often miss?

Align the 3/4" reinforced end tab with your shelf guides, then insert labels at the scored tick marks so the tab text remains fully visible.

What part of the folder will wear out first and need replacing?

The 11pt manila stock at the full open bottom pocket edge frays with repeated document insertion, so folders seeing heavy daily use tend to be replaced first.

What capacity limit appears first when the folder stays full for months?

The front panel height of 9" and the single full-size back pocket restrict total thickness, so the folder bulges and won't close flat once paper volume exceeds that space.
