Manila Pocket File Folders

These 11pt manila pocket folders arrive in a box of 100 and suit offices that organise active paperwork in end-tab shelving. The full-height gusset expands to hold bulky files while the slant-cut front lets you see contents at a glance. Each folder uses 10 per cent recycled content with 10 per cent post-consumer material.

Reinforced End Tab and Gusset Design

The half-inch wide end tab is reinforced and embossed for clear label placement during frequent handling. A full-height gusset closed on the left edge keeps documents secure while the right edge remains open for quick insertion. Rounded top corners on both panels reduce wear when folders slide in tight shelving.

Compatibility With Existing Filing Systems

Verify that your shelving accepts letter-size folders measuring 12 1/4 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches overall with an 11 3/4 inch body width. The straight-cut tab requires label space on the end rather than the top. Buyers who need built-in fasteners or a top-tab layout should choose a different style.

Questions about this item

The 11pt manila stock provides a sturdy feel for frequent filing, and the reinforced end tab adds extra strength where labels are applied.

Do I need to supply my own labels for the embossed tab area?

Yes, the straight-cut tab is embossed to guide label placement, so adhesive labels or printed inserts must be provided separately.

Can these pockets fit inside a standard letter-size hanging folder?

The overall width of 12 1/4 inches matches letter-size filing systems, allowing the pockets to sit inside compatible hanging folders.
