  • 11-pt white stock resists tearing in daily filing

End-Tab File Folders for Letter Documents

These 11pt white folders measure 12 1/4 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches high with a full-height back pocket. The reinforced end tab runs the full cut of the folder and is 3/4 inch wide for colour-coded labels. Rounded top corners on both front and back reduce wear during frequent handling. The box contains 50 folders suited to dental and medical records.

Quick Assembly with Scored Label Guides

Each folder arrives flat and folds along pre-scored tick marks that show exactly where to place labels on the end tab. No tools or adhesives are needed; simply crease the score lines and the pocket forms automatically. The only common issue is overstuffing the back pocket, which can stress the centre fold and cause the tab to lift.

Ideal for Colour-Coded End-Tab Systems

Offices that file letter-size pages in end-tab shelving and need a full back pocket for X-rays or photos will find these folders fit the workflow. They are not suited for top-tab filing cabinets, for legal-size documents, or for environments that require expansion gussets or fastener bases.
