14pt Dark Blue File Folders

These 14pt manila stock folders come in a box of 50 for letter-size filing systems. The dark blue colour helps teams sort records by category at a glance. A reinforced two-ply end tab resists tearing during frequent handling. Each folder includes a 2" bonded fastener fixed in position 1.

Full-Cut Two-Ply End Tab Upgrade

The full-cut end tab replaces standard single-ply tabs that wear out under heavy use. Two-ply construction adds strength where labels are applied and removed repeatedly. Scored tick marks guide label placement for consistent alignment across drawers. The jump is worth it when folders circulate daily and tab durability matters.

3/4" Expansion with Fastener Position 1

Scored for 3/4" expansion, the folders accommodate growing file volumes without bulging. The undercut front panel keeps labels visible and readable even when the drawer is full. Fastener position 1 secures documents near the top edge for quick access. Capacity runs out when files exceed the expansion score or require multiple fastener positions.

The folder body measures 11 3/4" W and the undercut front panel is 11 3/8" W. Overall size is 12 1/4" W x 9 1/2" H.

How do I install the 2" bonded fastener in Position #1 without misaligning the punched holes?

Align the fastener prongs with the pre-punched holes at Position #1, press firmly until the prongs fold flat against the back panel, then secure the compressor bar over them.

When should I replace the two-ply end tab if the scored tick marks wear out from repeated label changes?

Replace the folder when the tick marks no longer hold labels securely or the 1/2" wide tab edge shows fraying that risks misfiling.
