Green filing system organisation

These green file folders use colour coding to distinguish file types within a busy office system. Each folder is manufactured from 14pt manila stock and measures letter size for standard drawer compatibility. The box contains 50 folders ready for immediate deployment.

Drawer fit and label workflow

Verify that your filing cabinet accepts letter-size folders with an 11 3/4 inch body width and an undercut front panel of 11 3/8 inches. The scored tick marks on the end tab are designed for colour-coded label alignment, so confirm your label printer or handwritten labels match that spacing. The 3/4 inch expansion score allows the folder to grow with the file contents.

Reinforced tabs and dual fasteners

A reinforced two-ply end tab resists tearing during frequent retrieval, while 2-inch bonded fasteners in positions one and three secure documents at top and bottom. The undercut front panel keeps labels visible even when folders are packed tightly. Green stock provides instant visual sorting without additional coding steps.
