14pt Manila Folders for End-Tab Systems

These 14pt manila folders are built for end-tab filing cabinets and shelf systems. The full-cut end tab sits flush for clear label visibility in high-density rows. A box of 50 supports offices that process steady volumes of letter-size paperwork.

Single-Ply Tab with Fasteners at Positions 1 & 3

Each folder uses a single-ply tab measuring 1/2 inch wide and is scored for 3/4 inch expansion. Rounded top corners on both front and back panels reduce snagging during frequent handling. Two embedded fasteners at positions 1 and 3 secure punched documents without extra hardware.

10% Recycled Content with Front Panel Undercut

The stock contains 10% recycled material, including 10% post-consumer content. A 1/4 inch deep undercut on the front panel eases page turning while the fasteners hold the set in place. Buyers needing legal-size folders or fastener-free covers will need a different product.

Questions about this item

What does the full-cut end tab mean for label space?

The single-ply tab runs the full height of the folder and is half an inch wide, giving a continuous surface for printed or handwritten labels.

What are the exact body dimensions so I can check shelf fit?

The folder body measures 11 3/4 inches wide and the front panel is 9 1/2 inches high, with top corners rounded on both sides.

How do I fasten papers without tearing the 14pt stock?

Insert the prong fastener through the pre-punched holes at positions 1 and 3, then spread the prongs flat against the inside panel; the scored 3/4-inch expansion lets the folder bulk up without stressing the corners.
