Reinforced End Tab File Folders

These 14pt orange file folders are built for high-volume letter-size filing in offices and records rooms. A reinforced end tab resists tearing during frequent shelf retrieval. Each folder includes a half pocket on the inside front panel to secure loose items such as photos or small x-rays.

Verify Letter-Size Compatibility

Confirm your filing cabinet or shelf system accepts letter-size folders measuring 12 1/4 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches high with an 11 1/2 inch body width. The 3/4-inch end tab requires compatible tab space on the shelf. Scored tick marks assist with consistent label alignment across the set.

Suits High-Turnover Archival Needs

These folders suit teams managing active paper records who need quick visual identification and secure loose-item storage. The box of 50 supports departmental restocking. Buyers needing legal-size capacity, expansion gussets, or fastener bases for hole-punched documents should consider alternative folder styles.

Questions about this item

Does the box of 50 orange folders include any labels or fasteners, or must they be purchased separately?

The box contains 50 folders with a reinforced end tab and a 1/2 pocket on the inside front. Labels and fasteners are not included and must be bought separately.

What does the 14pt weight mean for the thickness and durability of these letter-size folders?

The 14pt stock gives a sturdy, medium-weight folder that resists everyday handling and keeps the reinforced end tab from tearing while still fitting easily into standard filing cabinets.

How much material can the 9 by 5-3/4 inch half pocket hold inside a real filing cabinet?

The pocket on the inside front panel is open at the top and inner edge, so it securely holds photos, small x-rays or loose sheets without adding bulk that would jam a standard drawer.
