5.5 Inch Round Patty Paper

This pack contains 500 sheets of round parchment paper sized at 5.5 inches in diameter. The food-grade silicone coating creates a non-stick surface that prevents ground beef or other mixtures from adhering to presses or to each other during storage.

Check freezer and press dimensions

Each sheet measures 142 mm by 142 mm with a stack height of 26 mm for 500 pieces. Verify that your burger press mould accommodates a 5.5 inch diameter and that your freezer containers can hold the stacked sheets flat.

Home cooks and small caterers

Suits anyone shaping uniform patties for grilling, freezing or candy moulding who wants quick release and moisture retention. Not intended for bakers needing full-size tray liners or for operators who require continuous roll formats for high-volume production lines.
