Product Overview

Business Source 17532 hanging file folders come in a box of 25 and are built for letter-size documents. The 11 point stock and acid-free material help prevent fading and keep files bright over time. Green colour coding makes categories easy to spot in a busy drawer.

Who It Suits

These folders suit offices, schools and home users who need a standardised system for active letter-size paperwork. The 1/3-cut tabs allow clear section labels for quick retrieval. Buyers who need legal-size capacity or individual interior folders should look at a different product.

Critical Specification

The 11 point acid-free stock is the single specification that decides whether this is the right part for long-term document preservation. It resists yellowing and deterioration better than standard non-acid-free alternatives. This stock weight also supports frequent handling without tearing.

Questions about this item

Do the 11 point folders hold up when the drawer stays full all day?

The 11 point stock is acid-free and made with a high percentage of recycled material, so it resists fading and keeps its rigidity even when the drawer remains fully loaded for extended periods.

What hanging rails or frame do I need to use these 1/3-cut tab folders?

They are designed for standard letter-size hanging rails found in most filing cabinets and desk drawers; no special frame is required beyond the usual letter-width suspension system.

Will the green colour and lighter interior still help me find sections quickly if I mix them with older manila folders?

The green exterior and lighter interior contrast with traditional manila, and the 1/3-cut tabs align in three positions, so section boundaries stay visible even when combined with older folders.
