Legal-size accordion file pockets

Business Source 65795 pockets are sold as a 10 pack of legal-size file folders designed for bulky records. The accordion gusset expands to 5.25 inches to hold large document volumes. Redrope stock gives a tough, fibrous surface that resists everyday handling. Drop-front styling lets you reach files without removing the pocket from the drawer.

Expansion limit and sheet fit

The 5.25 inch expansion depth sets the practical capacity ceiling for each pocket. Sheets must measure 8.50 by 14.00 inches to match the legal standard, so letter-size pages will sit loose inside. The 14.75 by 9.50 inch overall footprint fits standard legal hanging rails but may not suit narrower cabinet drawers. Overstuffing beyond the rated expansion stresses the gusset folds.

Tyvek reinforcement and daily use

Rollover Tyvek reinforcement at the gusset tops makes the side edges virtually tear-proof during frequent access. Redrope material resists scuffs and corner wear better than standard kraft stock. The drop front lowers the lip so thick files slide out cleanly without catching. Ten pockets per box supply a full project archive or multi-year retention set.
