Two-Pocket File Folder for Letter-Size Documents

This folder uses three double-prong fasteners to bind up to 100 sheets of letter-size paper. Two inside pockets on the front and back covers provide additional storage space. The leatherette paper stock offers a sturdy feel for daily office use. It is sold in a box of 25 units.

Practical Limits of the Fastener and Pocket Design

The three-prong fastener secures a maximum of 100 sheets at a half-inch capacity. Each inside pocket holds up to 25 sheets of loose paper. The business card holder on the front pocket adds a specific organisational slot. The gusset is bound into the folder for structural integrity.

Capacity and Headroom for Filing Needs

The 100-sheet fastener capacity handles substantial reports and project files comfortably. The 25-sheet pocket limit suits handouts or unstapled reference sheets. Builders needing expansion beyond 100 bound sheets or more than 25 loose sheets per pocket will need a different format. The 25-count box suits department-level supply requirements.
