A G 1/4in brass extension coupler adds 10mm clearance for custom liquid-cooling loops
The Bykski G 1/4in Male/Female Extension Coupler adds 10mm of spacing between G 1/4in threaded fittings. It suits builders who need extra clearance when routing tubing in a custom liquid-cooling loop. The brass body features diamond knurling for grip during assembly. This part is intended for non-aluminum loops only.
The coupler replaces a direct fitting-to-fitting connection when components sit too close together. It is worth adding when a reservoir, block or radiator port needs a short standoff to avoid interference. The 15mm overall height with threads provides the extension without a long rigid tube run. It does not suit loops that require aluminium-compatible components.
Thread the male end into the component port and the female end accepts the existing fitting. Hand-tighten the knurled brass body; over-tightening can damage threads or the internal finish. The supplier warns that the internal finish may react with DI water coolants and is not compatible with PrimoChill Opaque or VUE coolant series. Use at your own risk.

The coupler adds 10mm of height without threads and 15mm including the threaded portion, giving extra space for routing or clearance issues.
Hand-tighten the knurled body until the O-ring seats, then give a slight quarter-turn with fingers only — over-tightening with tools can deform the brass threads.
Inspect the internal finish annually; replace the coupler if discoloration, plating wear or coolant residue appears inside the thread channel.
