Compact PTZ camera for live streaming

The BZBGEAR BG-VPTZ-30HSU3 is a 2 megapixel PTZ camera built for professional video workflows. It delivers 1080p resolution at up to 60fps with simultaneous HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB 3.0 and IP streaming outputs. The compact grey chassis suits offices, classrooms and houses of worship.

30X optical zoom with 5.1mm to 51.0mm lens

The single specification that decides fit is the 30X optical zoom range combined with a 1/2.7 Exmor CMOS sensor. The lens covers f=5.1mm ~ 51.0mm at F=1.8(W)-3.5(T) for detailed close-ups in large venues. Buyers who need more zoom range or a larger sensor format should look elsewhere.

Multiple mounting options with PoE power

Installation is flexible with support for ceiling, wall, tripod or desk mounting. Power over Ethernet delivers 12W DC12V@1A over a single RJ45 cable from a PoE switch. Control uses RS-232, RS-485, LAN or IR remote with VISCA, PELCO P/D and ONVIF protocols. The 255 preset positions store internally, though only nine are reachable via IR remote. Audio embedding requires a line-level source at the 3.5mm input.
