Cable Leader 14ft Cat6a Network Ethernet Cable Orange 24AWG

14ft Cat6a patch cable

This 14ft Cat6a Ethernet cable delivers a 10 Gigabit wired link for gaming PCs, PS5, Xbox, routers, switches, NAS devices and smart TVs. It is built to the Cat6a standard with 24AWG stranded bare copper conductors arranged in four twisted pairs around a 6.9mm cross-spline core. The cable terminates in RJ45 connectors with 50-micron gold-plated contacts and snagless molded boots. It is RoHS compliant and UL & ETL Verified.

Gamers and network builders needing a drop

The cable suits anyone who wants a stable, low-latency wired connection that outperforms Wi-Fi for gaming, streaming or large file transfers. It works with existing Cat6 and Cat5e infrastructure, so no equipment change is required. Buyers who need shielded cable for high-EMI environments or runs longer than 100m at 10Gbps should look at a different product. Installers who require a plenum-rated jacket will also need another cable type.

Unshielded 10GBASE-T at 500MHz over 100m

The defining specification is support for 10GBASE-T at 500MHz across the full 100m channel, which determines whether the cable meets your 10 Gigabit performance target. If your network only runs at 1Gbps, a lower-category cable would also function, but this Cat6a cable provides headroom for future 10Gbps upgrades. The 14ft length fits typical desk-to-router or console-to-switch runs without excess slack.
