A 15 ft heavy-duty 14 AWG extension adds reach between a C14 PDU or UPS and a C13 device, rated 15A at 250V with a blue SJT jacket for easy circuit tracing and UL/CSA certification
This 15 ft blue extension cord bridges the gap between a rack PDU, UPS or server and your existing C13 power cord. The male IEC 60320 C14 plug connects to the power source while the female C13 socket accepts standard equipment cords. Heavy duty 14 AWG copper conductors carry up to 15 A at 250 V for server and data-centre loads.
Plug the C14 end into the PDU or UPS outlet and insert your device cord into the C13 socket; no tools or adapters are required. The SJT jacket is rated 105 C and 300 V, so it handles the heat inside dense cabinets. Mis-wiring is unlikely because both connectors are keyed, but verify the cord is fully seated to avoid intermittent contact.
Choose this cord when your equipment draws up to 15 A and needs a C14-to-C13 link; lighter 16 AWG or 18 AWG cords are rated for lower current. The UL Listed and CSA certified design (file E210037) meets rack safety requirements. If your gear needs 20 A service, a 12 AWG cord is the appropriate gauge instead.

The 14 AWG version is rated 15 A / 250 V and is the correct gauge for server, PDU and higher-draw equipment up to 15 A.
