25 ft NEMA 5-15 Extension

This 25 ft NEMA 5-15P to 5-15R extension cord adds reach to any standard three-prong device cord. It plugs into a wall outlet, power strip or surge protector and accepts your existing power cord. The 14 AWG SJTW jacketed cable is UL Listed and CSA certified for indoor use in offices, labs, workshops and homes.

14 AWG heavy duty construction

The three-conductor grounded copper conductors handle up to 15 A at 125 V, making the cord suitable for computers, monitors, appliances and shop equipment. Molded plugs with strain relief provide a true three-wire grounded connection. The SJTW jacket is rated for indoor environments only and is not intended for wet or outdoor locations.

15 A capacity and gauge headroom

At 14 AWG the cord comfortably powers servers, PDUs and higher-draw equipment up to the 15 A rating. Builders needing more than 15 A or a 20 A circuit should select a 12 AWG cord instead. The cord does not extend beyond 25 ft, so longer runs require a different length. It is not rated for outdoor or wet conditions.
