A green 14 AWG IEC 60320 C14-to-C13 extension cord adds 4 ft of reach for server, PDU or UPS power connections at 15A/250V
Color Green
This green 4 ft cord extends the reach between a C14 inlet on a PDU or UPS and an existing C13 power cord. It uses a male IEC 60320 C14 plug and a female C13 socket so no adapter is required. The 14 AWG SJT jacketed cable contains three grounded copper conductors. It is UL Listed and CSA certified for data-centre use.
The green jacket lets technicians identify phases or circuits at a glance inside a crowded rack. It supports continuous loads up to 15 A at 250 V with a 105 °C temperature rating. Builders who need longer runs or a higher 20 A rating should look at a different gauge or length. This cord only adds reach to an existing C14/C13 link.
The 14 AWG construction comfortably handles servers, switches and PDUs drawing up to 15 A. It provides headroom above 16 AWG cords rated for 13 A and 18 AWG cords rated for 10 A. The cord reaches its limit at 15 A, so equipment requiring 20 A circuits must use 12 AWG cable instead. The 300 V insulation rating covers standard rack voltages.

Other versions of this model
No — the male C14 plug is designed for a C13 inlet on a PDU, UPS or server power supply, not for a C13 outlet.
The extension is rated for up to 15 A, so it will not limit the 10 A capacity of your 18 AWG cord; the overall circuit remains limited by the thinner cord.
Verify that the server powers on normally and use a receptacle tester on the female C13 end to confirm hot, neutral and ground continuity.
