Limited to Cat5e bandwidth and distance

The cable is tested to 350MHz and supports 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet up to the standard 100 metre channel limit. It does not carry the higher bandwidth of Cat6 or Cat6a, so it cannot support 10 Gigabit Ethernet speeds. The unshielded twisted-pair construction also makes it more susceptible to external interference in electrically noisy environments.
