Cable Matters 400143 2-Pack 6ft White 2-Prong Extension Cord 13A 1625W 16 AWG ETL

Indoor Two-Prong Power Extension

This Cable Matters 400143 two-pack supplies two 6 ft white extension cords rated for 13A at 125V with a 1625W maximum. Each cord uses 16 AWG copper wire and features a flat, low-profile 45-degree plug that keeps the adjacent outlet free. The ETL-listed design includes a removable tamper guard on the single receptacle for added household safety.

Ideal for Low-Draw Indoor Devices

These cords suit lamps, TVs, chargers and seasonal lighting where a short, unobtrusive indoor run is needed. The flat profile tucks under carpets or along baseboards without creating a tripping hazard. Builders who need grounded three-prong connections, outdoor-rated insulation, higher amperage capacity or multiple outlets per cord should look at other products.

16 AWG Wire Gauge Determines Load Limit

The 16 AWG conductor sets the 13A, 1625W ceiling at 125V, so the cord is safe only for devices that stay within that envelope. Exceeding the rating risks overheating, so verify the appliance draw before plugging in.
