This Cablecc caddy converts a 12.7 mm laptop optical bay into a second 2.5-inch SATA drive slot. It accepts drives of 9.5 mm or 12.7 mm thickness and connects through the standard 22-pin SATA interface. No cables, external power or drivers are required. Installation uses a screw-fix latch that locks the drive in place.
