The cable is rated for 5 Gbps SuperSpeed USB 3.1 Gen 1. It will not reach 10 Gbps even on a Thunderbolt 3 or 4 port.

Will the USB 3.1 Type-B plug fit my older USB 2.0 Type-B device?
