Green Cat6 patch cable with snagless boots and staggered gold-plated RJ45 connectors for gigabit Ethernet
This eight-foot green cable uses unshielded twisted-pair construction rated at 550 MHz and exceeds Category 6 EIA/TIA specifications. It connects any device with an RJ45 port, including routers, switches, PCs and network-attached storage, for gigabit Ethernet links.
Moulded bubble boots protect the locking tabs from catching during cable pulls or routing through tight spaces. Connectors carry 50-micron gold plating on staggered pins to reduce cross-talk and maintain signal integrity across all four twisted pairs.
The 24 AWG stranded wire makes the patch lead pliable enough for desktop patches, rack-to-rack jumps or temporary test links without kinking. It is not suited for in-wall or plenum installations that require solid-conductor cable and a CMP or CMR fire rating.
Measured against everything we stock in Ethernet & LAN Cables, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Stranded 24AWG conductors are designed for flexibility and resist fatigue better than solid wire, so normal patch-cable handling does not require scheduled replacement.
The 550 MHz bandwidth rating and Category 6 specification set the throughput ceiling; sustained Gigabit Ethernet runs well within that limit.
Passive copper cables carry 100 Base-T currents without measurable temperature rise, so heat is not a concern during continuous operation.
