Shielded Cat6 patch cable for noise-sensitive

This ten-foot red cable uses RJ45 connectors on both ends and full shielding to protect high-speed data from electromagnetic interference. It suits network adapters, hubs, switches, routers and HDBaseT installations where reliable voice, data and video distribution matter.

Check port type and required reach before ordering

Verify that each device you plan to link presents a standard RJ45 jack and that a ten-foot run covers the distance without tension. The cable is built to ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 component specifications, so it fits any compliant Cat6 port without adapters.

Snagless boots and bonded pairs simplify

Moulded snagless boots stop the latch from catching during routing, while individually bonded pairs preserve twist spacing right to the termination point. A printed length label on the jacket helps identify the cable quickly in colour-coded racks.

Questions about this item

Does the 00851 cable arrive ready to plug in or do I need separate RJ45 connectors?

The cable ships with RJ45 connectors on both ends so it is ready to use without buying any extra plugs.

Why choose the 10 ft red shielded version over other lengths or colours?

The 10 ft length suits typical desk-to-switch runs, the red jacket helps colour-code the link, and the shielding protects the Cat 6 signal from electromagnetic interference.

What does the ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 Cat6 rating mean for everyday throughput?

It guarantees the cable meets the component standard for Cat 6 performance, supporting gigabit speeds with reduced crosstalk and return loss in a real installation.
