Cables Unlimited AUD-1100-02 3.5mm male-to-male stereo cable 2 ft

What this cable does

The Cables Unlimited AUD-1100-02 is a two‑foot stereo cable with a 3.5 mm male plug on each end. It links portable players, phones or laptops to powered speakers, car aux inputs or desktop audio systems. The black jacket and moulded strain relief protect the connection during daily plugging and unplugging.

Where it fits in a setup

Shielded construction reduces interference from nearby power bricks or USB hubs, so the signal stays clean between source and amplifier. The short length keeps cable clutter off a desk or console and avoids the excess coil that longer leads create. No adapters or converters are required when both devices already offer a 3.5 mm stereo jack.

Behaviour under sustained use

The strain‑relief collars absorb repeated bending at the plug base, preventing the internal conductors from fatiguing over time. Shielding maintains consistent channel separation even when the cable runs parallel to AC cords for hours. The fixed 2 ft span means there is no slack to snag, so the electrical path remains stable during extended listening sessions.
