4K 8-Channel NVR Kit for Home and Business Security

This Camius IPVAULT system delivers 4K ultra-high-definition surveillance across eight channels. It includes four weatherproof outdoor cameras and an NVR with a pre-installed 4TB hard drive. The kit suits homeowners and small businesses seeking a complete, subscription-free monitoring solution.

128 Mbps PoE Bandwidth Determines Camera Capacity

The NVR provides 128 Mbps recording bandwidth to sustain smooth 4K video streams from all connected cameras. Eight PoE ports supply power and data over single cables, simplifying installation. The recorder supports up to eight cameras total, so four additional units can be added later.

Continuous 24/7 Recording with Expandable Storage

The included 4TB drive enables uninterrupted recording in normal, motion or scheduled modes. An internal bay accepts one 3.5" SATA or 2.5" SSD up to 10TB for longer retention. H.265 and H.264+ compression reduce storage demand while maintaining 3840 x 2160 resolution at 30 fps.

Questions about this item

What does 4K 3840 x 2160 @ 30 fps recording mean for daily footage?

The NVR records every camera at full 4K resolution and 30 frames per second, so motion stays smooth and details such as faces or plates remain readable.

How does the 128 Mbps PoE bandwidth limit what I can record?

The 128 Mbps ceiling handles all four 4K cameras at 30 fps with H.265 compression; adding more cameras up to eight channels stays within that budget.

What drive sizes and form factors fit inside the recorder?

The unit accepts one 3.5" SATA hard drive or 2.5" SSD up to 10 TB, and a 4 TB drive is already installed.
