8-Channel 2K PoE NVR Kit

The Camius IPvault IPVAULT1128PR is an 8-channel network video recorder kit that includes eight 2K dome cameras with built-in microphones. It records at up to 8 megapixels using H.265 compression at a 128Mbps bitrate. The system ships with a pre-installed 3TB hard drive and 60ft Cat5e cables for plug-and-play installation.

Suits indoor monitoring with audio

This kit suits owners who need 2K video with audio recording, smart motion detection and wide 110-degree coverage inside retail, office or residential spaces. The vandal-resistant dome housings are designed for ceiling or wall mounting. Buyers who need more than eight camera channels, higher than 2K resolution, or cameras without audio capability should look at other systems.

128Mbps recording bandwidth

The NVR provides a maximum incoming bandwidth of 128Mbps, which determines how many cameras can record simultaneously at full 2K 30fps quality. This single figure decides whether the recorder can handle the full eight-camera load without dropping frames or reducing resolution.

Questions about this item

What does the kit include and what must I buy separately?

The kit includes the 8-channel PoE NVR with a pre-installed 3 TB hard drive, eight 2K dome cameras (IRIS528R) and eight 60 ft Cat5e patch cables. A micro SD card for each camera is not included.

Which recording resolution and frame rate should I select for the best detail?

What does the 128 Mbps bitrate mean for real-world recording?

It allows all eight cameras to stream and record simultaneously at their full 2K 30 fps quality without compression artefacts or dropped frames.
