Genuine Canon PFI-3700 PM 700ml Photo Magenta Ink

This genuine Canon pigment ink tank delivers Photo Magenta colour for imagePROGRAF PRO series printers. The single-pack cartridge holds 700ml of pigment-based ink formulated for professional photo and graphics output. It is designed for users who require accurate colour reproduction and archival print longevity from their large-format device. The 6452C001AA part number identifies this specific Photo Magenta tank.

High-capacity 700ml tank supports extended print

The 700ml volume reduces the frequency of ink replacements during sustained production on PRO-2600, PRO-4600 and PRO-6600 printers. Pigment-based formulation maintains consistent density and colour stability across long jobs without the drop-off seen in smaller cartridges. This capacity lets operators complete large batches or oversized graphics with fewer interruptions. The tank is engineered to keep the printer ready for continuous workflow demands.

Pigment ink designed for imagePROGRAF PRO series

This tank works only with Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-2600, PRO-4600 and PRO-6600 models; it will not fit other printer lines or earlier PRO generations. The single-colour Photo Magenta tank must be used alongside the full set of required inks for the printer to operate. Buyers needing different colours or smaller capacities must select the matching PFI-3700 variants for their specific device.

Questions about this item

Does the 700 ml Photo Magenta tank add noticeable heat or fan noise when the PRO-4600 runs all day?

The tank is a passive pigment-ink reservoir; it has no electronics or moving parts, so it contributes no heat or noise to the printer.

Which printers must I already own for the 6452C001AA cartridge to work?

The cartridge is designed for Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-2600, PRO-4600 and PRO-6600 printers.

Will the PFI-3700 PM tank function correctly alongside older printheads still installed in my PRO-6600?

The tank supplies pigment-based Photo Magenta ink to the existing printhead; compatibility depends on the printhead condition, not the tank itself.
