Professional 24-inch photo printer

The Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-2600 is a 24-inch large-format inkjet printer built for photographers, fine-art studios and proofing departments that require gallery-grade output up to 610 mm wide. It uses an 11-colour LUCIA PRO II pigment set plus a Chroma Optimizer to deliver 2400 x 1200 dpi resolution with high scratch resistance and enhanced lightfastness.

Sustained production behaviour

A 3 GB buffer and Ethernet 10/100/1000BaseTX keep data flowing during long print runs, while the sub-ink tank system allows cartridge changes without interrupting the job. Maximum power draw is 85 W, dropping to 1.7 W in standby and 0.1 W off, so the printer remains cool and efficient through extended sessions.

Build and daily connectivity

Translucent media and ink-tank covers plus internal LED lighting let operators inspect paper path and ink levels at a glance. Intelligent Media Loading handles roll and cut-sheet media from 152.4 mm to 610 mm wide and 0.07 mm to 0.8 mm thick. Built-in USB 2.0 Hi-Speed, Gigabit Ethernet and IEEE 802.11 b/g/n wireless give flexible placement in any studio network.
