Off-grid 4MP cellular PTZ camera

This Carltec ZC-YT15-GM41J is a solar-powered 4MP PTZ network camera that connects over 4G LTE, so it works where no Wi-Fi or wired internet exists. It ships with a pre-installed SIM and a 16GB TF card for immediate recording. The IP66-rated housing withstands rain and dust in remote locations.

Suited for remote monitoring without infrastructure

Hunters, farmers and site managers who need live view and motion alerts in areas lacking power and broadband will benefit from the cellular link and solar panel. Buyers who require continuous mains-powered recording, local storage beyond the supplied card, or integration with a wired NVR should look at other solutions.

4G LTE connectivity with solar power

The camera operates entirely on cellular data and sunlight, removing the need for any fixed network or electrical supply. A 3.6mm lens provides a wide field of view, while dual IR and white-light illumination supports colour night vision up to 1020 metres. PIR motion detection triggers alerts in 0.2 seconds.

Questions about this item

How often will the 16 GB TF card need to be swapped or cleared?

The pre-installed 16 GB card stores footage until full; swap or offload files when the card reaches capacity.

What limits continuous recording during extended deployments?

Solar charging and the 100 MB trial data plan are the first constraints; after the trial a subscription is required for cellular uploads.

How much heat or noise does the camera produce when running all day?

The wire-free solar design has no fan or moving parts beyond the PTZ motors, so it operates silently with negligible heat output.
