7x10ft Clear PE Sheeting

This transparent polyethylene sheet measures seven by ten feet and is designed for gardeners, campers and DIY users who need a lightweight, see-through cover that lets sunlight through while keeping rain and wind out. It suits greenhouses, pet shelters, workshop protection and temporary event canopies.

Polyethylene weather limits

The material is 100 % waterproof and non-permeable, yet its service life varies with thickness, outdoor temperature, light intensity and extreme weather. Prolonged exposure to harsh sun or freezing conditions will gradually reduce durability, so seasonal inspection is advised.

Reinforced grommets and heat-sealed edges

Aluminium grommets spaced every 35.4 inches resist rust and accept the included ties for quick fastening. Heat-sealed edges on all four sides prevent tearing, while the light weight makes the sheet easy to carry, fold and store between uses.

Questions about this item

Which size should I choose for a standard garden greenhouse cover?

The 7 x 10 ft sheet is a single lightweight piece with grommets every 35.4 inches, letting you fasten it quickly over a small-to-medium frame without seams.

How much light actually reaches plants under this clear tarp?

The transparent PE lets sunlight pass through while keeping the covered area bright, so you can visually check plants and maintain warmth during cold months.

What does the 100 % waterproof claim mean when the tarp is tied down outdoors?

Heat-sealed edges and non-permeable PE block rain completely; the aluminum grommets spaced 35.5 inches apart and included ties keep the sheet taut so water runs off without pooling.
