Tarps Direct 7' x 20' Heavy Duty White 6 oz Poly Tarp 11-12 Mil

Heavy-Duty Polyethylene Tarp

This 7' x 20' white tarp is built from UV-treated polyethylene that weighs 6 oz. per square yard and measures 11-12 Mil thick. The material is waterproof, mildew, acid and tear resistant for reliable outdoor exposure. Its translucent finish lets light through while still shielding the covered area. It suits anyone needing a durable, light-permeable cover for vehicles, equipment or temporary shelters.

Rustproof Grommets and Reinforced Corners

Aluminium grommets are spaced approximately every 18 inches and sit in reinforced corners to provide multiple tie-down points. The rustproof hardware withstands prolonged moisture without staining the fabric. Cut sizing means the finished tarp measures 6 inches or 3-5% shorter than the nominal dimensions. Builders who need exact finished measurements or heavier fabric weights should verify the cut size before ordering.

White Translucent Polyethylene Sheeting

The white lamination on both sides reflects sunlight and reduces heat build-up under the cover. Polyethylene remains flexible in cold temperatures but can become brittle after extended UV exposure beyond the treatment rating. It is not a breathable membrane, so condensation may form beneath the tarp in humid conditions. Users requiring fire-retardant ratings or fully opaque blackout material will need a different product.
