Indoor fixed network dome

The Computar Ganz ZN-D2024 is an indoor fixed network dome camera built for residential and commercial surveillance. It captures video at VGA resolution using real-time MPEG-4 and MJPEG compression. A 2-4mm varifocal lens allows the field of view to be adjusted during installation. The unit is designed for wall or ceiling mounting with a 3-axis lens adjustment mechanism.

PoE-powered installation

Power over Ethernet supplies both data and power through a single cable, so no separate power supply is required at the camera location. The dome form factor suits discreet indoor mounting on walls or ceilings. The 3-axis adjustment lets the installer aim the lens precisely after the housing is fixed. Two-way audio support enables communication through the camera where cabling allows.

Sustained operation

Real-time MPEG-4 and MJPEG encoding maintains a continuous stream without relying on burst-mode buffering. PoE delivery provides stable power for uninterrupted recording sessions. The fixed indoor housing protects the optics and electronics in typical interior environments. Made in Japan with a three-year manufacturer warranty.

Questions about this item

How long can the ZN-D2024 record continuously before storage limits are reached?

The camera is designed for indoor use with passive cooling and no moving parts, so it runs silently within typical indoor ambient temperatures.

Which network video recorder models are compatible with the ZN-D2024?

Any ONVIF-compliant NVR or software that accepts MPEG-4 or MJPEG streams over RTSP will work with this PoE dome camera.
