Indoor IP dome camera

The Computar Ganz ZN-D2MTP is a 1080p network camera designed for indoor surveillance. It uses a 1/2.8” progressive scan CMOS sensor and a built-in 3-9mm varifocal lens to capture high-definition video. Triple power support allows operation on 12VDC, 24VAC or PoE. ONVIF compliance ensures broad compatibility with third-party recording systems.

Installation and common issues

ProSet software enables remote zoom and focus adjustment from a PC, removing the need for physical lens handling. A service monitor output provides a local video signal for quick aim verification during setup. Dual streaming lets the camera feed live view and recording at different bitrates simultaneously. Outdoor use is not supported by this indoor dome model.

Capacity and headroom

The camera delivers 1080p resolution with improved low-light performance and true day/night switching for continuous coverage. H.264 compression and dual streaming manage bandwidth efficiently across the network. Bi-directional audio and external alarm I/O add event-driven capability. Buyers needing weather-rated housings or longer focal lengths should select outdoor or bullet variants instead.
