Wall phone without dial pad

The Cortelco 2554-AHCNDL-BK is a corded wall telephone that omits a dial pad, making it suitable for environments where only incoming calls are needed. It meets ADA volume-control requirements and includes a hearing-aid compatible handset. A single-gong ringer provides audible alerts, and a 32 inch armored cord connects the handset to the base.

Check line power and mounting

This telephone draws power from the telephone line itself and requires an active analogue line with a standard wall jack. Installation uses a pigtail-type connection to the wall plate, so verify that your existing jack supports this wiring style. The unit has no dial pad, so it cannot place calls; confirm that your use case only requires receiving calls before ordering.
