Vertical Panel Channelizer 45" Height

The Cortina Companies vertical panel channelizer stands 45 inches tall with an eight-inch diameter polyethylene body in black. It features a grabber top style and includes a sign displaying a maintain social distancing legend. The unit weighs four pounds and is designed for temporary installation.

Suited for crowd control and pedestrian guidance

This channelizer works well for event organisers, facility managers and construction crews who need a lightweight, nestable barrier that can be deployed quickly without a weighted base. It is not intended for permanent roadside installations or high-speed traffic zones that require reflective striping and a fixed base.

Simple setup with grabber top

The grabber top allows the panel to be placed and removed by hand in seconds, and the nestable design keeps storage space minimal when the units are not in use. Because no base is included, the panel can tip on uneven ground or in windy conditions unless an external weight is added.

Questions about this item

What mounting hardware or base do I need to secure the 45 in vertical panel channelizer?

The channelizer ships without a base; you must supply a compatible weighted base or mounting surface to keep the 45 in panel upright.

Will the black polyethylene panel and grabber top interfere with existing traffic cones or delineators on site?

The nestable 45 in panel stacks cleanly alongside standard cones and delineators, and its non‑reflective black body adds no glare to existing layouts.

How can I confirm the "Maintain Social Distancing" legend is correctly oriented after placing the channelizer?

Stand the panel upright using the grabber top; the printed legend faces outward at eye level on the 45 in height, visible to approaching traffic.
