Wiegmann SC Series Steel Enclosure

The Wiegmann SC101004NK is a wall-mount carbon-steel enclosure rated NEMA 1 for indoor use. It measures 10 in high, 10 in wide and 4 in deep with a 16 ga body and ANSI 61 gray powder coat. A solid screw-on cover fastens with plated steel screws and the box includes self-tapping mounting screws. Standards met are CSA certified, cULus and UL Listed.

Indoor electrical builds only

Installers running indoor branch-circuit or control wiring in dry locations will find the NEMA 1 rating and solid cover appropriate. The 5.88 in usable opening depth accepts standard DIN-rail gear and terminal blocks. Buyers who need protection against water spray, oil, dust or corrosive atmospheres must choose an enclosure with a higher environmental rating. Outdoor or wash-down applications are not served by this model.
