Compact Bluetooth soundbar for desk use

The Creative Stage Air V2 is a 10 W RMS stereo soundbar that connects wirelessly via Bluetooth up to 10 metres. It is powered by an internal lithium-ion battery and includes a USB-A to USB-C cable plus a 3.5 mm stereo cable. The rectangular enclosure measures 120×120×25 mm and weighs 3.08 pounds.

Fits under a monitor without extra hardware

The tabletop-mount design sits directly on a desk and needs no wall brackets or external power brick. Bluetooth frees up a USB port while the 1.2 m cables provide wired options for devices without wireless audio. A single unit delivers stereo output so no second speaker is required.

Battery operation keeps noise and heat low

With a 678 mAh cell the soundbar runs silently and generates minimal warmth during typical listening sessions. The 10 W driver handles music, podcasts and game audio without active cooling. Bass Boost and an equaliser let you shape the sound without increasing power draw.

Questions about this item

How long does the 678 mAh battery last at the 10 W RMS output before it needs recharging?

The built-in 678 mAh lithium-ion cell powers the 10 W RMS amplifier; actual run-time varies with volume level and content, so expect shorter play at full output.

Does the soundbar get hot or make fan noise when it runs all day on battery?

The compact 120×120×25 mm enclosure has no fan; it stays warm to the touch during extended use but remains silent because cooling is passive.

Which cable do I need to connect the soundbar to a monitor that only has a 3.5 mm headphone jack?

Use the included 1.2 m 3.5 mm stereo-to-stereo cable to feed analogue audio from the monitor's headphone socket to the soundbar's aux input.
