The Cudy POE10 is a gigabit PoE+ extender designed for installers who need to push power and data beyond the standard cable run. It accepts a PoE or PoE+ input and forwards both to a single output port without any external power supply. Setup is plug-and-play with automatic detection of the connected device class.

Extending a 100 m cable run to 200 m or 400 m

One unit adds 100 metres to an existing link, reaching 200 metres from the source switch or injector. Daisy-chaining up to three extenders stretches the total distance to 400 metres while keeping gigabit throughput. The jump is worth it when cable routing cannot reach a camera, access point or VoIP phone within the original 100 metre limit.

Powers PoE and PoE+ devices up to 30 W

Auto-sensing technology delivers the correct power budget, supporting 15.4 W PoE devices and 30 W PoE+ devices on the output port. It handles IP cameras, wireless access points and VoIP handsets that fall within those limits. It cannot supply more than 30 W, so higher-power pan-tilt-zoom cameras or multi-radio access points are outside its capability.
