The Rii mini i8-white combines a 92-key QWERTY layout and a built-in touchpad in a handheld form factor. It connects via a 2.4 GHz wireless receiver with a stated operating range of up to 15 metres. The device targets users controlling a PC, Android TV box, games console or HTPC from a sofa or desk.

Low-power 2.4 GHz operation

The module runs at 3.3 V and draws 55 mA when active, dropping to 1 mA in sleep mode after three minutes of inactivity. Transmission uses GFSK modulation across 78 channels at 1 Mbit/s with TX power below +5 dBm. A removable lithium-ion battery charges at 4.4–5.25 V and wakes with a one-second key press.

Handheld design with flip touchpad
